Body & Soul Festival

I haven’t done an Irish festival in almost 2 years, so when the opportunity came up to go to Body & Soul with Bulmers Ireland I jumped at the chance! Boy am I so glad I did because it was such an amazing weekend with great crew of peeps. Body & Soul is on the grounds of in WestMeath. If you have been to the Body’s & Soul area Electric Picnic, it’s basically the same vibe but in a larger scale. It was super chilled, really safe with an airy fairy glitter feel! What’s not to love?!

Being from Clonmel, I’ve been a lover of Bulmers cider for years and most recently I’m mad about their new sweeter Outcider. It’s so refreshing for these summer months. The Bulmers team completely spoilt us rotten for the weekend with gorgeous goody bags filled with adidas trainers and beauty products and we stayed in the LakeSide Manor for the two nights of the festival! Fancy Pants!

In terms of my outfits I had two completely different ideas that I wanted to create. The first is a typical pixie look with a fresh flower crown (which I took care of like my first born on the journey) and a mint green flowing crepe two piece. I accessoried with brown Suede boots from Primark and some face jewels and I was living my best pixie life!

I loved the idea of the flower crown but bear in mind they can be quite pricey. I had some done research and most city centre florists charge around the same. I got mine in Gingko Florists Ballsbridge and the price was €55.

My second look I LOVED when I saw it in store but was nervous it was too extra??! Then I obviously pulled myself together and went for it because it was just so different, cool and very B&S vibe. It was a fully embellished denim jacket and matching skirt that I paired with a 90’s style sequin boob tube! (I legit wore one of these when I was 14)

My jacket is unfortunately completely sold out!

Overall I was super comfy in my outfits all weekend and had a blast with such a fun crew! Big thanks to Bulmers Ireland for having me along for the weekend!
